Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

1. Memberships

Memberships can be cancelled with a minimum of 14 days’ notice before the next payment is due. Cancellations must be made by contacting us directly via email or in person at the gym.

 

2. Class Bookings

To ensure fairness to our coaches and members, we operate the following policy:

 

• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class start time.

 

• Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class will be considered a late cancellation.

 

• Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the session being forfeited.

​

• If the class is fully booked, late cancellations prevent another member from attending.

 

Once you get a package or drop in sessions, these are non-refundable.

 

3. Merchandise

Items pre-ordered and collected in-store are non-refundable unless they are faulty or not as described.

Faulty items may be exchanged in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

4. PRIVATE TRAINING

Private training payments are non-refundable and individual use only
