Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness to our coaches and members, we operate the following policy: • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class start time. • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class will be considered a late cancellation. • Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the session being forfeited. • If the class is fully booked, late cancellations prevent another member from attending. Thank you for respecting our time and helping us keep classes running smoothly.
